it can be seen that the deadline for the transition period is august 1, 2019. that is to say, after august 1, 2019, only enterprises that have registered certificates, or certificates of approval for pesticide production issued by the ministry of industry and information technology (designated sites), or production licenses of pesticide products issued by the general administration of quality supervision and inspection have expired have not obtained pesticide production licenses issued by the agricultural and rural department of provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions (90 ahead of schedule). all pesticide registration certificates will be cancelled.
